The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience to lead the roadmap and development of our core end-user experience—the app that employees use to donate, volunteer, organize, and connect with causes they care about. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to launch features that drive engagement, grow impact, and delight users at companies like Allianz, Box, and more.
You’ll lead high-visibility initiatives that enhance employee engagement in giving, volunteering, community-building, and social impact tracking. You’ll also collaborate with our AI and data team to explore how personalization, recommendations, and generative tools can enhance the way employees discover opportunities and understand their social impact.
*This job is based in Berlin. We only accept applicants with EU work permit and can start immediately.
The impact you will have:
- Effectively use quantitative & qualitative data to set & communicate quarterly goals
- Define and drive the product roadmap for our employee-facing experience
- Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data) through discovery, scoping, and delivery
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to set goals, validate assumptions, and prioritiCollaborate with AI and data teams to explore ways to personalize impact, surface meaningful content, and streamline the giving experience
- Write product specs, user stories, and testing requirements; manage sprints with agility
- Launch features that improve user engagement, drive impact, and elevate the Deed brand
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of your product initiatives
- Uphold the Deed’s security and data policies in your day-to-day execution
What we look for:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with both B2C and B2B2C products
- A track record of improving user engagement, conversion, and satisfaction
- Strong experience working with user testing platforms and data tools
- Curiosity about how AI can improve user experience, whether through personalization, recommendation engines, or intuitive content generation
- A creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and executes with focus
- A collaborative leader who communicates clearly and drives alignment
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional sprint cycles
- Comfort balancing product strategy with getting into the weeds

Interview Process
We aim to complete the interview process within three weeks, but we’re flexible and can accommodate your pace. After an initial phone screen, you’ll meet with the engineering team, the VP of Product, and the founders. We’ll also explore your product thinking through a practical exercise or case discussion.
