As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:-

• Develop, deploy and maintain ML models across Fave South East Asia (SEA).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers, to influence data being captured, manage computing resources and quality of deliverables.
• Work closely and consult with business stakeholders across Fave SEA to understand business problems as well as identify and optimise opportunities. Stakeholders are mainly but not limited to management, finance, product, engineering, operation, sales and marketing teams.
• Advise and make decisions within the context of the projects they are involved in as well as provide guidance to other team members, where needed.

Requirements:-

• Solid SQL Experience. We use PostgreSQL and Standard SQL (BQ) but experience with other SQL dialects is acceptable. Strong Python knowledge and experience.
• At least 2 years experience in a data scientist role.
• Has delivered ML based models in previous role and is comfortable exploring any available ML model or algorithm to arrive at a business solution.
• Strong business acumen, particularly in data science work.
• Proven communicator among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong methodical thinker around problem solving.
• Immensely detail oriented.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (GCP or AWS) is a plus.
