You will own and be responsible for building and growing Razer’s global Digital Marketing capabilities and efficient execution. Your mission will be to drive the strategies, planning and execution of global digital marketing campaigns, while leading a high performance team. Your goals will be to grow brand & product awareness, user acquisition, conversion and revenue. You will be instrumental in driving Razer’s global brand and performance strategy, by expanding digital marketing capabilities and delivering good ROI. You will represent the global Digital Marketing team both internally and externally to evangelize the practice. You will be collaborating closely with Regional marketing teams, and other Razer product and business units (Peripherals, Systems, Software, RazerStore, Razer Gold, Fintech, Esports) to create new opportunities for Razer while leveraging Razer's unique ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be instrumental in enhancing and growing Razer’s global Digital Marketing capabilities, processes and talent to drive meaningful brand and business impact across all business units
Lead the creation of strategies, plans and execution tactics of full funnel global digital marketing campaigns through a plethora of brand and performance oriented digital channels
Ensure successful end-to-end deployment of campaign mechanics, including promotional details, accuracy of information reflected on the content management system and in all media assets prior to go-live, as well as set up of promotional mechanics via the technical admin console
Drive coordinated and consistent planning and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns across all countries/regions that Razer operates in
Responsible for accurate and efficient deployment of global digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics) to ensure digital marketing campaign success
Engage with key regional and business/product stakeholders to execute best-in class digital marketing campaigns
Provide timely marketing feedback and communication to Razer's senior management
Ensure the best standards for Razer brand representation on marketing assets and publications
Identify industry best practices to be deployed at Razer either by building internal capabilities or partnering with relevant 3rd parties
Own and manage key agency/vendor relationships and execution
Collaborate with other Global and Regional Marketing Teams to ensure efficiency, synergy and high performance
Your Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in appropriate field of study
12+ years of digital and/or performance marketing experience in gaming, tech, payment or a high growth digital service is preferred. Experience of leading and growing digital marketing capabilities at a high performing organization is required.
Demonstrated experience in strategizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that successfully drive revenue and conversions (ROAS) via Google Ads and Facebook Ads; prior working experience in digital agencies is a plus
Solid understanding of digital space including SEM, a variety of online marketing channels, social, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital eco-systems
Strong strategic mindset with ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns
Self-driven and positive attitude; demonstrated project management and multi-tasking skills are essential
Demonstrated track record of managing and leading a high performance team
Excellent team player with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborate with international teams across multiple areas in a matrix organization
Good oral and written presentation skills
Good communication skills and experience in engaging senior management
