We are looking for motivated candidates for our Over-The-Counter (OTC) team to help facilitate OTC trades for our clients.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment working closely with clients and with plenty of exposure to the cutting-edge of fintech and blockchain.

Please note location for this role is flexible.  

Responsibilities

• Cover global clients such as hedge funds, projects, and large retail clients on OTC trades
• Manage live chats to respond to clients’ trade requests, settlement issues and other general questions on a daily basis
• Identify and onboard potential business partnerships for OTC desk’s growth
• Provide feedback of trading activity, market color, and product experience across different departments and provide innovative solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in trading or institutional sales
• Cryptocurrency trading experience, familiar with multiple platforms
• Technical background is a plus
• Bilingual preferred (English and Chinese), strong written English communication skills
• Strive to find the most efficient solutions and automate as much of work as possible
• High attention to detail
• Security and privacy focused mindset
